L’impegno è stato portato avanti dalla founder Luisa Caprotti insieme ai team operativi di Whiteready, in collaborazione con partner tecnici, il Data Center IT.Gate e enti di certificazione e ONG ambientali. La campagna unisce pratiche interne (transizione verso energia rinnovabile, ottimizzazione PUE, policy di riuso e riciclo), progetti esterni (piantumazioni, alveari, progetti solari), e strumenti di trasparenza (report ESG, dashboard e condivisione dati), con l’obiettivo di dimostrare che tecnologia e responsabilità ambientale possono integrarsi efficacemente. The Whiteready 2025 campaign promotes a concrete, measurable approach to sustainability in the ICT sector, inspired by Rachel Carson’s legacy: environmental care, collective responsibility and data‑driven action. Its main objectives are low‑impact energy hosting, extending hardware lifespan, verified emissions offsetting through reforestation and biodiversity projects, and training programmes to spread green skills among clients and communities. The initiative has been led by founder Luisa Caprotti together with the operational teams of Whiteready, in collaboration with technical partners, the IT.Gate data centre, certification bodies and environmental NGOs. The campaign combines internal practices (transition to renewable energy, PUE optimisation, reuse and recycling policies), external projects (tree planting, apiaries, solar installations), and transparency tools (ESG reports, dashboards and data sharing), with the goal of demonstrating that technology and environmental responsibility can be effectively integrated.
